KMC Robotics Club is a student-led technical community at Kathmandu Model College dedicated to fostering innovation, creativity, and technical excellence. We bring together passionate students who share a common goal: to explore the frontiers of robotics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

Robotics & Automation
Design and build autonomous robots, from line followers to advanced robotic arms, exploring mechanical design and control systems.
AI & Machine Learning
Explore neural networks, computer vision, and natural language processing to create intelligent systems that learn and adapt.
IoT & Embedded Systems
Connect devices and sensors to build smart systems for home automation, environmental monitoring, and industrial applications.
Workshops & Training
Regular sessions on programming, electronics, 3D printing, and emerging technologies to build skills from beginner to advanced levels.
Milestones & Achievements
KMC Robotics Club was established with a vision to create a thriving tech community at Kathmandu Model College, starting with 15 founding members.
Participated in our first inter-college robotics competition, securing 2nd place with our autonomous line-following robot project.
Launched a comprehensive workshop series covering Python, machine learning, and computer vision, training over 100 students.
Achieved Consolation Prize at the IT Skill Training Nepal (ISTN) Hackathon. Represented by Zenith Kandel and Sakshyam Bastakoti, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and innovative technical solutions.
Secured 1st Runner Up position at the International Education Excellence Exhibition IEEE. Represented by Sakshyam Bastakoti and Zenith Kandel, showcasing outstanding technical innovation and research excellence.
Secured 1st Runner Up position at the 10th Young Science Summit (YSS). Represented by Sakshyam Bastakoti and Zenith Kandel under the mentorship of Club President Pankaj Gupta, excelling in scientific research and technical presentation.
Today, we're a vibrant community of 50+ members working on cutting-edge projects and preparing for national-level competitions.
